Trips & Visits
Students are offered a range of trips and visits which supplement and enrich our curriculum offering. All Hallows students can participate in off-site lesson activities such as Geography field trips, a variety of day trips which are associated with curriculum subjects and extra-curricular clubs, chaplaincy awaydays and reflection afternoons and also residential visits, either in the UK or overseas.
Whatever a student’s interests, they will find something to participate in amongst the diverse range of extra-curricular activities we offer, including trips and visits. Our aim is to offer our students the opportunity to attend a choice of day trips and residential visits in all school years.
Our current offering includes the following residential trips, some of which run every year and some run every other year:

- Year 8 activities trip to Calshot Activity Centre near Southampton
- Spain languages trip (Year 8)
- R.E. trip to Rome (Year 9)
- Art trip to various destinations, for example Andalucia or Venice (Year 10)
- Loire Valley languages trip (year 10)
- Geography trip to Iceland (Sixth Form)
- Berlin trip (Sixth Form)
- Washington & New York (sixth form)
- Expedition to Zambia and Botswana (Years 11-13)
- Summer watersports trip to France (all years)
- Ski trip (various years)
