Information on applying for a place for September 2026
To apply for a place at All Hallows Catholic School, you must complete a Common Application Form available from the Local Authority in which you live. You are also requested to complete the Supplementary Information Form attached to the Admissions Policy below. The Supplementary Information Form should be returned to the School’s Admissions Officer by Friday 31 October 2025.
 
The application form should be completed online for the relevant authority:

• Surrey County Council Admissions website
• Hampshire Local Authority Admissions website

 Please note that failure to complete both forms may result in your child not being allocated a school place at All Hallows Catholic School for September 2026.
 
All applications which are submitted on time will be considered at the same time and after the closing date for admissions which is 31 October 2025.

2027-28 Admissions Policy Consultation
 
The Mother Teresa Catholic Academy Trust (MTCAT) is the Admissions Authority for All Hallows Catholic School & Sixth Form College. In accordance with statutory requirements, we are formally consulting on a proposed change to the admissions arrangements for All Hallows Catholic School & Sixth Form College for the school year 2027-2028 and would like to hear your views. The consultation period will run from 3 November 2025 until 15 December 2025.
 
The proposed changes are:

• The MTCAT propose an increase in the number of external applicants to The Sixth Form College Year in 12 from September 2027
• Definition of children of staff employed by MTCAT at time of application for Criteria 6.

 
Information about the consultation and proposed new admission arrangements can be accessed via the school website at www.allhallows.net during the consultation period.
 
Any comments you may have regarding the proposed changes should be sent to [email protected].
 
At the end of the consultation period, the local Governing Body for All Hallows Catholic School will consider all comments received before determining the admissions arrangements for September 2027. These will be published on the school website by 28 February 2026.
