Personal Development
At All Hallows our vision is: “…to form happy, successful students who reach their full potential and leave the school with integrity and moral purpose.” As well as providing an outstanding education through our curriculum we also aim to develop students as young people, through the curriculum and also through everything we offer our students beyond our curriculum.
At All Hallows our personal development programme runs alongside our ASPIRE curriculum by being;
Ambitious – our students reach their full potential through their engagement in a broad extra-curricular programme that aims to provide opportunities for every student, no matter what their passions, interests and abilities are.
Spiritual – our students beliefs and values are nurtured through the provision of an outstanding RE curriculum and many opportunities for prayer, worship and charity.
Purposeful – our students are prepared for the lives ahead of them by participating in PSHE and Citizenship lessons, engaging in our careers programme and benefitting from a range of extra-curricular activities that broaden their experiences beyond the taught curriculum.
Inclusive – our students needs and talents are recognised and nurtured through a diverse programme of support, activities and experiences beyond the taught curriculum.
Rich - our students access a range of academic, creative and cultural opportunities that enrich their experience throughout their entire school career.
Engaging - our students are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of experiences beyond the taught curriculum that aim to engage and involve all students.
