Kooth​	Kooth is the UK’s leading mental health and wellbeing platform. It is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of use
Young Minds​	The Young Minds Crisis Messenger text service provides free, 24/7 crisis support across the UK. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis and need support, you can text YM to 85258. Parents' helpline 0808 802 5544 (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4pm).
The Mix​	Essential mental health support for Under 25’s, 1:1 online chat, crisis messenger service and helpline.
Headroom Charity	Anger management and emotional support for 11-25-year-olds and their families.
ChildLine	ChildLine is a service to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through. Call ChildLine free on 0800 1111 or speak to a counsellor online.
Barnardo's ADHD Positivity Support	Free group support for children aged 6-16 with ADHD traits or diagnosis. - Impulsivity, hyperfocus, inattention, low self- esteem, and challenging behaviours - Six-week solution-focused school workshop programme
Kidscape​	Kidscape is a charity that helps children, families and professionals to deal with bullying and harm. It offers advice, training and tools through its website, phone line, workshops and online platforms.
Catch 22​	A specialist treatment service in Surrey offering one-to-one support to young people and their families who are affected by substance use and supporting young people with tobacco and vaping support.
Galop	Support LGBT+ people who have experienced abuse and violence.
CEOP​	The National Crime Agency's CEOP Education team aim to help protect children and young people from online child sexual abuse.
Become	A the national charity to support every child and young person with experience of the care system.
