​School Uniform

​All Students

​Blazers must be worn by all students. Maroon in Years 7, 8, 9 and Blue in Years 10, 11. Students who need an extra layer underneath their blazers may wear the regulation V-necked pullover. No other pullovers/hoodies are allowed.
Shirts must be plain white school shirts, not fitted shirts or polo shirts, long enough to be worn tucked in, and with buttons to the neck, fastened to the top.
School Ties must be worn, correctly adjusted, with four stripes showing
Shoes must be plain black and should not have a separate heel of more than 30mm in height. Where the shoe has a ‘filled-in’ sole (i.e. the heel and sole are moulded together) then the heel should be no more than 40mm high. Heels such as ‘Kitten heels’ or stilettos are not allowed. In other words, flat, black, sensible, school shoes, NOT any form of trainer or canvas shoe. A sheet illustrating suitable shoes is available here.
No jewellery may be worn in school, with the exception of a wristwatch and one pair of small ear-studs (one stud per ear lobe). 
Girls in Years 7, 8 and 9 wear the grey, knee-length pleated skirt. Alternatively, they may wear grey regulation school trousers.
Girls in Years 10 and 11 wear the regulation black, knee-length pleated skirt. Alternatively, they may wear navy regulation school trousers.
Skirts must be worn at their correct length.
Girls in Years 7, 8 and 9 must wear short or knee-high socks, black or grey. Tights must be plain and black or natural in colour.
Girls in Years 10 and 11 must wear short or knee-high socks, black or navy. Tights must be plain and black or navy in colour.
Boys in Years 7, 8 and 9 wear the grey regulation school trousers.
Boys in Years 10 and 11 wear black school trousers.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS OF CLOTHING ARE CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE OWNER’S NAME.

All Years
Training shoes must be proper trainers, NOT canvas, plimsol or fashion style sports shoes. No jewellery is to be worn.
Rugby top optional for all years.
