Pastoral Care

Pastoral care at our school is overseen by the Deputy Headteacher, who is ably supported by the Head of Lower School, Head of Upper School and Head of College.

Each year group is led by a Head of Year, supported by an Assistant Head of Year. Together, they ensure that students are well-supported both academically and pastorally.

The main point of contact for all students and families is the Form Tutor, who sees the students daily and plays a central role in day-to-day care, guidance and communication.

Safeguarding is led by an Assistant Headteacher, who serves as the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). They are supported by a team of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs). This team is further strengthened by our Home School Link Worker, ensuring that students and families receive comprehensive support when needed.
