Rooted in our Catholic ethos and guided by our mission to develop happy, successful young people with integrity and moral purpose, wellbeing is supported through a strong and coordinated pastoral system.

Every member of staff plays a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where students feel known, valued and listened to. Through positive relationships, clear structures and a shared commitment to care, we ensure that students are supported both academically and emotionally. Our approach empowers students to develop resilience, confidence and a strong sense of self, enabling them to fully engage in school life and to thrive within our community and beyond
